We guarantee that we can fill your vacant rental within 21 days from the time we syndicate your listing or we cover your management fee costs for the first month.  Rest assured however, that we will still conduct a market analysis of your property and still set the rent price at current market rent rates and still abide by our tenant selection criteria.
