Anyone and everyone? We don't think so. We screen all applicants in accordance with Fair Housing laws. Applicants are required to undergo a credit verification, a criminal background verification and an eviction history verification. Additionally, we verify current employment and current and previous Landlords. We verify, verify, verify; we don't just collect a report and call it a day, we go one step further to call the correct employers and landlords for verification of applicant history.  We are so confident in our screening process that we offer a 'Tenant Guarantee'.
