Meet Ricardo Reis

Ricardo Reis, also known to many as “Alex,” is a real estate advisor, investor, and member-owner of G3 Management & Investments serving Livingston County and surrounding Southeast Michigan communities.

With more than 16 years of real estate investment experience, Ricardo is the #1 investor's choice at Great Lakes Real Estate. Ricardo brings an investor-minded approach to buying, selling, and managing real estate. Whether working with first-time homebuyers, sellers, or seasoned investors, his goal is simple: help clients make smarter real estate decisions while protecting their long-term financial interests.

Unlike many traditional agents, Ricardo has personally built and managed investment properties himself. Ricardo’s real estate experience didn’t begin in a classroom — it began as an investor personally sourcing opportunities, analyzing deals, and negotiating directly with listing agents years before obtaining his real estate license. That early hands-on experience helped shape the investor-minded approach and negotiation skills he now brings to clients today.

Through disciplined investing, strategic acquisitions, and long-term real estate ownership, he achieved his own financial freedom through real estate investing.​

Before transitioning fully into real estate and investing, Ricardo served in Military Special Operations and later worked alongside various U.S. government intelligence agencies supporting global counterterrorism operations and related missions worldwide — some of which were later written about and depicted in Hollywood.

​

His background helped shape world events and the discipline, discretion, communication, and problem-solving approach he now brings to real estate and client relationships today.

Ricardo is fluent in Portuguese and serveral other languages and, is an active member of the National Association of REALTORS®, BiggerPockets real estate investing community, and multiple regional Realtor associations throughout Southeast Michigan. When he’s not working with clients, Ricardo enjoys hiking, swimming, fitness training, youth coaching, and spending time outdoors with his three children.
